The ideal candidate will be handling day-to-day accounting, product costing, inventory monitoring and financial reporting. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess strong business acumen.
Responsibilities
As Management Accountant, you will be reporting to General Manager. You will be a member of the Finance team responsible for digital projects in the group. This role will include activities from development to implementation of systems.
- Checking with Project leaders on Invoicing, preparing & sending Invoices to Clients
- Recording payments received to Bank and updating to Accounting System and raising receipts.
- Preparing records on Funds Blocked for Income Tax/WOW /P.S.W & other consultations if a consortium projects
- Maintaining cashflow every Month & Reporting to P.S.W(Break down of Incomes /Expenses etc) & Reconciling with software
- Maintaining FD Sheet,Updating System & reconciling with system
- Keeping track on Overdraft & reconcile with the System
- Reconciliation of Parent & subsidiary companies
- Maintaining records of staff loans and reconciling with QB
- Preparing quarterly Reports on Income generated by each team leader wise and funds given to Team Leaders based on their performance.
Skills/Experience
- Male/ Female
- Age below 40
- Fully completed chartered accountancy
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 4 years experience in the manufacturing industry/costing.
- Experience in stock reporting & monitoring
